We had the privilege of doing a product shoot for the book A Dog for Maggie, written by Emily Henry Mackin. Emily was a bright, young woman who’s life was cut short by a brain tumor in 2013. Her love of literature and undeniable resilience led her to write this book shortly after receiving major brain surgery, chemo, and radiation treatments. A Dog for Maggie not only highlights the loyalty of a good dog, but reflects the love Emily had for dogs throughout her life. All proceeds from this book will be donated to the Emily Henry Mackin ’09 Endowed Scholarship at Spring Hill College. I put the link to purchase a copy of A Dog for Maggie in my profile.
